You know the importance of training your muscles. But you should also know the importance of training your mind. It's no secret that elite athletes like Tiger Woods, Ken Norton (who used hypnosis training before his famous victory where he broke Mohammad Ali's jaw), and 1980 National League batting champion Bill Buckner use hypnosis to propel them to the next level.

Now, you can acquire these same techniques, and reap the benefits of unconscious peak-performance training. http://www.hypnosisnetwork.com/hypnosis/sports.php

A tarot reading

(0)

I read for a lady today, and it feels good to let her know that everything was going to be okay. Her situation is private, and I must respect that, however, the high light of today was bringing tears of joy to her. She had been struggling for some time now, and I seen this, and helped with the burden.  Actually, she was recommended to me through a friend. She just emailed me, and told her how happy the reading had made her. I do not give exact time frames, but I was able to tell her what happened, to cause the situation that she is in now, and look at a few other cards, and different paths she may take, offered advice, and well, it was enough to make her happy :) Positive readings are good. As a matter of fact, this is why I use a spread with two possible outcomes, with that, I could tell her what would happen if she went to path a, or path b. People have many choices, sometimes, they need to be aware of that :)Wink If you know someone that wants a reading, http://www.saraclairtarot.com  or, if you have any questions about learning, I will help you on that free. Drop an email anytime. Or, if you have a story to share, please do, I would love to hear it.

auras

If you are not aware of what an aura is, it is something around you, that says allot about you. Their are several layers in an aura, about 7, with different colors. This is something that has been proved in more ways than one. An aura has been photographed for one. Some true healers are able to use the aura to heal people, if you think it is something in someones head, then answer this- how are newborns healed through this technique? Newborn babies are not able to just believe it is going to work. An aura is something that contains energies, and frequencies. The higher the frequency, the more difficult it is to read. The first layer in an aura is easiest to see, it has a slower frequency. The color, as well as any indents should tell you allot about that person. If you are trained, you may begin to see an aura. It is a long process though. Some, however are able to see them naturally. Some people are able to feel them, and are very good about using their intuitions.

Tarot

Tarot cards, or cartomancy can be very fun. When I was about 6, I learned that you can read the cards with a regular deck of cards. I learned this, when I noticed my mother had received a Reading from my aunt Patti. My aunt patti told my mother that she was going to have a miscarriage, and 2 more boys, as well as a divorce. My mother did not believe any of it, until it happened. It couldn't be the power of suggestion, because the sex of the children was reveled. I became very interested as a young child, and started to learn as soon as I could read. The tarot originated from a deck of playing cards. If you know anything about tarot, think about cups, what do they symbolize/ Now, think about the suite of hearts in a regular deck of cards, and compare.Wink I have been reading not for a long time, and use the cards as a guide. When shuffling, I get vibes from the person that I am shuffling from, and stop the deck, and turn the card according to my instincts. I have read professionally as well, and received allot of great feedback. The tarot is a tool, to help you better understand what you do not. It is a tool to help people, and one of the most popular questions that comes up is about love. Everyone wants to know about love, it seems. Everyone wants to be loved and accepted, it seems to be a need we all have within us. When someone is feeling lonely, and wants hope that their is someone out their, or when someone is confused, and needs guidance on which way to turn, this is when they decide to get readings.

I have noticed that some of my friends just can't get over a relationship

I have a friend with the name of Brien, he was with a woman for 16 years, and he has been separated for three years now. He is someone that goes day to day thinking about her, and regretting what he though he had done. He feels that the relationship ended because of him. He told me that he was upset at her, because she wouldn't come home until 3 in the morning, and he said that if he didn't say anything to her about it, well, they would still be together. He said that when she got home, he would confront her about it (no abuse), just asking her why she is home so late, etc. He actually blames himself, I though this was sad. He misses her allot, and he has been in mini "no strings attached" type relationships before. He hides his feelings to the ladies he dates, and doesn't mention how he really aches for his soon to be ex. His relationships are short lived. Her relationship is still going strong. He hopes to someday win her over again. I feel that he searches for someone like her also. He can not find anyone like her though. I have tried, and tried to help him, but I actually realized that time is the only cure for him. I have done some research, and found that it can take an average of 1-3 months for someone to get over someone else for every year they have been together. I have also found out that people go through the same grieving process after a relationship ends that they would as if someone has died. They go through denial, anger, sorrow, etc., and they can bounce from one stage, to the next, for example, they can be in the anger stage, then go through the denial stage, and back to the anger stage. I think that it is sad, and also, well for the others that really don't know what he is feeling inside. Well, I guess time heals all wounds.Undecided
